1. The BAREFOOT BABIES Baby Contest entrants must be between 0-3 years old.
2. Professional studio photos will be accepted only if you obtain the photographer’s release of any photo(s) you submit. Without this release, all photos and fees will be returned. No exceptions.
3. The parent, grandparent or guardian of the child must be the person submitting the photo.
4. All photos are not to be larger than 4x6. No e-mailed photos accepted.
5. If a selected winner cannot be contacted by phone, letter or email, the cash award will be forfeited and divided equally between top placers in the Main Category Contest.
6. Contestants retain ownership of their photos. If photos are to be returned, please enclose 2 loose stamps along with your entry form. BAREFOOT BABIES.com will not be held responsible in any way for damaged photos that are beyond our control.
7. Only 1 photo will be judged per contest. BAREFOOT BABIES Baby Contest reserves the right to refuse any photo for judging that surpasses the “1 photo rule.”
8. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
9. When the contest has ended, BAREFOOT BABIES.Com will contact the parents of the winning babies at the contact address supplied upon entering or through e-mail.
10. This contest is for entertainment purposes only.
11. Judging is conducted fairly by a panel of parents and photographers with no discrimination towards sex, race, or age. Judges decisions are final.
12. All entries must be submitted by the contest deadline. Any entry received after the deadline will be entered into the next quarterly contest.
13. The majority of the contest fee monies are used for contest costs, supporting costs, and to pay for prizes. The contest entry fee is not refundable.
14. Cash prizes are determined by the number of entrants in each category.
15. There will be a $29.50 service charge on any returned checks and delinquent winners may forfeit any cash awards or prizes if fees are not paid in full.
16. Contestants entering in the BAREFOOT BABIES Baby Contest are limited to United States only.
17. All funds must be in U.S. currency.
18. BAREFOOT BABIES.com employees, judges and affiliates are not eligible to participate in any contest.
19. Winners will be notified within 1-2 weeks after judge's decisions are announced.
20. Parent/Guardian of winners authorize BAREFOOT BABIES.com to publish their name and photo.
21. Taxes on any awards given are winners responsibility.
