1. What type of marker should be used?
A:
You can use a water-based marker if you
are using the inflatable indoors or if the weather will be dry. Don't
forget that the morning dew may also cause a water based marker to
run. So for outdoor use we would recommend a permanent type marker.
2.
Does this need
to be inflated with helium?
A:
No. Just fill with air.
3. Can
I fill this with air from a gas station air
pump?
A:
No, gas stations use high pressure
pumps.
4.
Are pumps available to inflate this type
of inflatable sign?
A:
Yes, low pressure pumps are available
at many discount department stores in their camping equipment
departments.
5. Do
you need a pump to inflate this type of signs?
A:
No, you can just blow them up as you do
with inflatable rafts, balls, etc..
6. If
I over inflate the sign and spring a leak
what can I do?
A:
A repair patch has been included with
each inflatable.
7.
After I inflated it and took it outside it
shrunk and I needed to add more air is this normal?
A:
Yes, If you inflate your sign indoors
where it is warm and than take it outside in the cold, the cold will
cause the air inside the inflatable to contract. You simply need to
add more air after taking it outside. It is also a good idea
to release some air when bringing it in from the cold.
Just the opposite is the case when you are taking the sign from an air
conditioned building into the hot sun. Under inflate since the air
inside the sign will expand. |
